Socha Design, LLC has been providing professional interior design services in the Carolinas since 2008.  The two partners, Lisa Cichan and Karen Grad founded the company as a result of having a passion for helping others create beautiful, comfortable, and functional living and office spaces.

 

When a client is seeking to change or update their living or office space, we work as a team to bring a variety of fresh ideas and unique products to the project.  We help clients determine what they need to spend to get a certain "look" while providing options for staying within a designated budget.  We work with trusted contractors (painters, electricians, etc.) and have many sources for purchasing unique accessories, artwork, furniture and rugs.

 

We offer hourly consulting to assess existing space needs.  This includes paint color selection, furniture placement, lighting, artwork, and accessory selection and placement.  The hourly rate is $125.
